Creative Brief
This project reimagines the traditional event poster by transforming it into a dynamic, motion-based experience that showcases the iconic work of Kandinsky. By deconstructing and animating elements from Kandinsky’s artwork, the motion graphics create an engaging visual journey that reflects his abstract style and innovative use of color and form.
Approach
The project uses p5.js, a JavaScript library for creative coding, to create animated and interactive visuals for the posters. Although the mockup videos are not interactive, they show how touchscreen features could work. This turns static posters into more engaging and interactive experiences for viewers.
Impact & Results
The posters do not aim to replicate Kandinsky’s original artwork. Instead, they reinterpret his distinctive style, reimagining his elements in a modern digital format. This approach offers viewers fresh and innovative ways to engage with and appreciate his work.
The goal of this project is to redesign and reconceptualize existing artwork, transforming it into something more dynamic, interactive, and compelling.
