It’s often said that music is a universal language, shaping identity, community, and individuality — and I’m no exception. Music has profoundly transformed me, influencing the person I’ve become today. What follows is a collection of my favorite albums and songs — the ones I return to endlessly, the ones I’d die to listen to again and again.

LET ME EXPLAIN
During the most difficult times of my life, I only had a handful of CDs with me. Two of them — Everything But the Girl’s Like the Desert Miss the Rain (2002) and Placebo’s Without You I’m Nothing (1998) — became my lifelines, albums I listened to a thousand times over. As a true ’90s kid, Nirvana played a crucial role in shaping my rebellious, unconventional spirit. Yet, since Nevermind wasn’t part of that particular chapter, it couldn’t claim the place of my forever No. 1 album, even though its influence runs deep in who I am.

A living notebook of my film obsessions, spanning avant-garde gems, popcorn favorites, cinematic masterpieces, and experimental oddities. It's a mix of memory, mood, and moving image. These are the stories that stuck, stirred, and resurfaced through the years. This archive isn’t just a record. It’s a source of transformation, continuously reshaping my vision in art and design.
A personal index of short clips, movies, films, and documentaries I’ve recently watched and been inspired by. From digital archives, late-night screenings to festival premieres, and social media videos, each entry marks a moment of cinematic discovery, across formats, platforms, and places.

El éxito no tiene sabor ni olor, y cuando te acostumbras es como si no existiera. (English:”Success has no taste or smell, and when you get used to it, it’s as if it didn’t exist.)
—Huma Rojo
One of the iconic phrases spoken by Huma Rojo, a prominent character in Pedro Almodóvar’s film All About My Mother (Todo sobre mi madre), 1999.

I am putting myself to the fullest possible use, which is all I think that any conscious entity can ever hope to do.
—HAL 9000

Jewelry is priceless, a great investment when you buy it at Graff or Van Cleef until you’re desperate for money and forced to sell, and then it seems you can’t give it away.
—Jasmine French
One of the iconic lines delivered by Jasmine French, a central character in Woody Allen’s 2013 film Blue Jasmine.
These movie covers were reconceptualized and reimagined as part of my personal exploration into visual storytelling, borrowing iconic imagery from each film but reshaping it with a fresh, nuanced perspective.
Opera Reimagined: Turandot & Butterfly
These two collages reimagine the original posters for Turandot and Madama Butterfly. One reconceptualizes the iconic 1926 poster created for the premiere of Giacomo Puccini’s Turandot at Teatro alla Scala, while the other revisits the 1904 world‑premiere poster of Madama Butterfly. Both originals were designed by Italian artist Leopoldo Metlicovitz. Through this new perspective, the collages breathe fresh life into the historic works, while expressing my admiration for the operas and their poster design.
